YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you purchase online ,you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your fashion accessories, however , the customer need to notify us cancel or return by filling the attached form below within 3 days after receiving the product as it helps us assist you better. You, then have another 14 days to return the item to us for a refund or replacement .Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item

RETURNS AND EXCHANCES

We are happy to offer exchange or shopping voucher within 14 days of purchase , provided the item is in original ,unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact . The products which show signs of use or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for replacement, return and refund .

EXCLUSIONS

For hygiene and bespoke reasons, we can not accept returns or exchanges on ear rings( due to pierced ears ),jewellery set that includes earrings, custom-made or personalised jewellery, items altered ,engraved or resized at your request ,Unless they are faulty or not as described .

CONDITION OF RETUREND ITEMS

Item must be unworn, undamaged and retuned in their original packaging .We recommend using a tracked and insured postage service ,as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your products are faulty, damaged ,not as described ,
please contact and notify us by filling the form attached with in 3 days after the delivery and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible for the further proceedings .

REFUNDS

Upon receiving the returned product as per the conditions ,we will inspect its status ,then will notify you whether the refund has been approved for the replacement or refund . If approved, initially, you will receive the full amount you paid in the form of a shopping voucher ,valid for 90 days (you may use voucher to shop any other products from Aura within the mentioned time frame).If you prefer a direct refund to your account instead ,please note that the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The entire process of the refund or replacement may take 7-14 working days .
refunds will be issued to your original payment method and return shipping costs are non -refundable ,buyer has to pay the postage fee for the return.
